You and your doctor should discuss RELPAX when you start taking your medication and at regular checkups. What is RELPAX? RELPAX is a prescription medicine used to treat migraine headaches in adults. RELPAX is not for other types of headaches. What is a Migraine Headache? Migraine is an intense, throbbing headache. You may have pain on one or both sides of your head. You may have nausea and vomiting, and be sensitive to light and noise. The pain and symptoms of a migraine headache can be worse than a common headache. Some women get migraines around the time of their menstrual period. Some people have visual symptoms before the headache, such as flashing lights or wavy lines, called an aura. How Does RELPAX Work? Treatment with RELPAX reduces swelling of blood vessels surrounding the brain. This swelling is associated with the headache pain of a migraine attack. RELPAX blocks the release of substances from nerve endings that cause more pain and other symptoms like nausea, and sensitivity to light and sound. It is thought that these actions contribute to relief of your symptoms by RELPAX. Who should not take RELPAX? Do not take RELPAX if you: have uncontrolled high blood pressure. have heart disease or a history of heart disease. have hemiplegic or basilar migraine if you are not sure about this, ask your doctor ; . have or had a stroke or problems with your blood circulation. have serious liver problems. have taken any of the following medicines in the last 24 hours: other "triptans" like almotriptan Axert ; , frovatriptan FrovaTM ; , naratriptan Amerge ; , rizatriptan Maxalt ; , sumatriptan Imitrex ; , zolmitriptan Zomig ergotamines like Bellergal-S, Cafergot, Ergomar, Wigraine; dihydroergotamine like D.H.E. 45 or Migranal; or methysergide Sansert ; . These medicines have side effects similar to RELPAX. * have taken the following medicines within at least 72 hours: ketoconazole Nizoral ; , itraconazole Sporanox ; , nefazodone Serzone ; , troleandomycin TAO ; , clarithromycin Biaxin ; , ritonavir Norvir ; , and nelfinavir Viracept ; . These medicines may cause an increase in the amount of RELPAX in the blood. * are allergic to RELPAX or any of its ingredients. The active ingredient is eletriptan. The inactive ingredients are listed at the end of this leaflet. Tell your doctor about all the medicines you take or plan to take, including prescription and non-prescription medicines, supplements, and herbal remedies. Your doctor will decide if you can take RELPAX with your other medicines. Tell your doctor if you know that you have any of the following: risk factors for heart disease like high cholesterol, diabetes, smoking, obesity, menopause, or a family history of heart disease or stroke. Explanation of Item 23: Mental Health of the Child This is an Area Needing Improvement for Colleton DSS. This item evaluates the agency's ability to assess and attend to the mental health needs of children under agency supervision. The mental health needs of children in foster care were generally well met. The mental health needs of only 43% of the children in in-home treatment cases were properly managed. In some instances there was a failure to assess the mental health needs of the children. However, some of the children had identified behavioral and mental health problems, yet were not receiving services to address those problems.

Initially, I had not changed my clinical practice based on the early ATAC results. I was waiting to see more data and whether or not the curves were coming together. The results using the Suchey-Brooks method, combined with the high intraobserver scores of the senior authors, suggests that the poor accuracy rates obtained using the auricular surface method may not be exclusively the result of observer error. Several factors warrant consideration. First, the use of casts, well-defined phases with clear written descriptions, and separate standards for males and females seen in the Suchey-Brooks method render the method more "user friendly." Second, the auricular surface method was originally created using the Hamman-Todd collection at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, which contains individuals who died prior to 1940. The SucheyBrooks method was developed on a modern forensic collection. Temporal changes as well as the application of standards developed on one population to alternate populations may constrain the successful use of the auricular surface method. Annual targets for one or several of the following variables: inflation, fiscal balance, public debt, current account deficit and or foreign debt. Such targets can be specific or within a range, and they can be quarterly, annual and or multiannual. In the latter case the most consensual approach at the beginning might be to agree that the range within which each country independently fixes its targets will narrow over time. Macroeconomic convergence will be reinforced, in a kind of virtuous circle with other dimensions of the process of economic integration, if it is simultaneously matched by gradual financial and market convergence. With regard to the former it is necessary to move toward the standardization of prudential supervision and regulation, following the Basle standards. This should help intensify competition and improve the quality of financial services, motivating savings and investment in the region. In the stock market field it is helpful to begin convergence toward common norms on "corporate governance", geared among other things to standardizing the dissemination, transparency and frequency of market information, to curbing conflicts of interest and to protecting small shareholders. This should help to improve the depth and liquidity of the capital markets in the member countries of the agreement by favoring investment by institutional agents which currently are prevented from doing so ; and stimulating new sources of financing, toward small and medium companies and toward risk capital. These are decisive factors for technological innovation and are virtually absent from the region's capital markets. Additionally, it is necessary to begin convergence between the stock exchanges of countries in the region, to improve their competitive presence in an international context of increasing coalitions among the main stock exchanges. This financial and market convergence is fundamental if the member countries of an agreement want effectively to reduce the vulnerability of the economies to external financial shocks, and if they want to confront jointly the dangers arising from the "contagion effect" that characterizes current international financial crises. A more advanced and demanding cooperation is coordination through intermediate targets, such as the nominal exchange rate or a common monetary policy. Experience suggests that the integration process can be and often is seriously affected by significant misalignments between the exchange rates of the member countries. In view of the wide range of monetary and exchange rate regimes in the region, it does not seem useful to rush monetary cooperation by means of the direct coordination of instruments. The oversight of fiscal and monetary policies would help decisively to prevent the emergence of such misalignments. And oversight only requires agreement on a policy model that sustains the agreed objective s ; . In the case of Latin America, these goals should initially be controlling inflation and limiting some indicator of external imbalance. In sum, the various stages of monetary cooperation can be considered alternative degrees of coordination or sequential steps toward macroeconomic convergence. Progress toward a more advanced stage means growing demands for coordination among the countries in the agreement. A positive factor is that macroeconomic convergence is a process that can develop gradually, so that obstacles that now seem insurmountable will be less so when the time comes to tackle them. In any event, monetary cooperation is now feasible only at the level of sub-groups within the region. If some subregion opts to advance with monetary cooperation, in the foreseeable future it will be necessary to consider first a convergence on the basis of final objectives, leaving for later stages and following attainment of a more advanced level of macroeconomic coordination ; the use of common intermediate objectives, and possibly common instruments, to terminate in an MU and nelfinavir.
